My Parrot Cichlid.

I have 3 f1's about 3"? in a 205gal 60x33x24 with severums, wild angels, megaanistrus pleco, chocolate cichlids & a couple other things. light sanded bottom, wet/dry filter system & sponge filter & heated maybe about 80degrees? feed NLS, Worms, Shrimp, wafers, etc.. Doing good, but a awhile back one or two started to pit in the head but did big water change, with metro added.
I was told they were like having discus & need basically the same care & temp?
Any info on care from experienced keepers of these cool fishes.

Tangled up in cichlids has them two different sizes. here is mine 4" from rapps
