like $6-$7 from petsmart. Trust me, just be patient and you will find something that your bass will eat. But i dont believe in starving your fish to have them eat. They will learn to eat sooner or later. I have given my cichla feeders 3 times total and after the last time i refused to get them more. I was determined to get them trained and now they eat
- omega one bloodworms
- omega one shrimp
- hikari gold
- hikari sticks
Like i mentioned earlier sprinkle the bloodworms or put one pellet at a time to have them compete. Also what helped in the beginning is i would take couple pellets or sticks and use the backside of a spoon to crush them on a napkin...then i would sprinkle the crushed pellets/sticks in the tank.
I am new to this as well but learned other peoples tricks and trust me they work!
