My Personal 29 Gallons Tank (Pic)

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
nice, dude..!
would like to say, though, that i use eco-complete and am satisfied with the results...(works good and is somewhat cheap!)... will say once again that i think the biggest reason to use co2 in a planted tank is for those who are impatient, want results "NOW"!.... my 75 gal. planted is a veritable "jungle" and i only use flourish excel regularly besides regular water changes... but took like 7-8 months to get that way as opposed to 3 or 4 with co2... for me, i like it a bit "simplified"....
just my two cents!

what are the plant's growing on the driftwood in the first pic? i think i have those but they won't stay planted. i think i'll try them on the wood just rubberband them on untill rooted?

For certain planted tanks, co2 is necessary, due to the balance of nutrient uptake, as well as some plants need elevated levels of CO2, and carbon will not cut it. Not all plants need co2, many do not, but some do.

I already teardown the tank, im going all ADA that would be my last and final planted tank, thanks for all the comment i reallly appreciate it :)

Ill make another Journal for the ADA setup
