My ph in my tank is going down, how do I bring it up.I tryed Kent to Automatically set the pH at 7.0 but did not work.Any recomindation. :help2:

For driftwood to lower the pH of your tank it takes quite a bit. I have over 100 lbs in my 135, and that tank will drop from 7.0~6.8 over a week. Regular water changes will help keep your waters pH fairly constant.

I have a Arro, few Africans and a few american cichlids. Is there anything I can use other than driftwood.Like a liquid or somthing.I used Kent and it did not work.I want to bring it up to 7.0 or 7.4.It is at 6.6 right now

crushed coral will bring it up

I have a 135gal with a Via aqua 750,it cleans 150gals.I'm going to put another filter soon.

I bought 20lbs of African cichlids mix,The lfs said its just like crushed coral.I mixed it in my gravel but it wont go up.I checked my ph today and it was 6.2. I did a 45% water change.I put more Of the mix in.

The cichlid mix just like the crushed coral will take some time to buffer, maybe a week or more. You can add the buffer on a daily basis until it stabilizes then by that time the mix should be doing its job and then it will be time for a water change. Hope my "opinion" helps.
