This is turning into beating a dead horse, but the point was not only were you using other hobbyist pictures which is completely acceptable as long as you’re crediting the original photographer but you had to add a lie to sell the picture. According to your profile you’re 39 years old and I would expect a grown adult not to behave like a child. This is the reason people have to watermark their photographs to prevent theft of property. Just be honest, if you’re a newer hobbyist then take the time to learn from the literal infinite wealth of knowledge members share each and everyday. Some have more time in the hobby longer than I’ve been alive.
See, the problem is that what most people mean when they say they "took a picture" is somewhat different than what you seem to mean. The first means "made a photograph"...the other means "stole the picture".
But as long as it makes you happy...
