Um i got the bubble from a local ad he just gave em to me for free i got like 4 of them and a 100g pump and light for $25 . but i've seen them at my LFS and petland not sure about petsmart.... but they are called bubble curtains and yes it came with the weights. This is what they look like and the packaging but not sure where you could find em.
