My Pics of all my current fish

I would love to know how to get pics that clear if you are/aren't using a flash, what type of camera (dig. or film) and how to get the fish not so damn cam. shy so it sits still

the camera i use is a basic point and shoot fuji A303 3.2mp plus a tripod no light in the room except the tank light and i take plenty of shots to get a decent one.
it took me ages to figure out how to get decent shots but i just use it without flash and hold the button down before fully pressing it which keeps the appeture open longer to let more light in.
plus i have a good bulb yes only one although this will change when i add some plants.
i spend lots of time with my fish so they are used to me to the point that they come over to the front glass when i set the camera up.
