After the thread concerning my two geryi, I begin this one to introduce you to my Piranhas.
My Piranha population :
1/ 17 Pygocentrus nattereri, 6,5 to 8", 320 gallons.
2/ 5 Pygocentrus cariba, 4-5", 200 gallons.
3/ 1 Serrasalmus geryi, 7", 70 gallons.
4/ 1 Serrasalmus geryi, 7,5", 90 gallons.
5/ 1 Serrasalmus sold as "sp. compressus", 5", 50 gallons.
6/ 1 Serrasalmus rhombeus "black" (Peru), 16", 215 gallons.
7/ 1 Serrasalmus rhombeus "black" (Brasil), 8", 70 gallons
8/ 1 Serrasalmus rhombeus sold as "diamond", 7,5", 70 gallons.
9/ 1 Serrasalmus rhombeus sold as "diamond", 7", 70 gallons.
10 & 11 (to come)/ Serrasalmus manueli.
I need your help to identify fishes 5, 8 and 9 with precision.
I'll post pics gradually.
