I posted a duckweed article before, although im going to keep the articles in this thread.
Also this duckweed post includes microscope pics of various species and additional information.
 
If anyone wants info about a specific plant / plants ask in here and i can put together info about the plants.

Jungle Val


"In the wild, Jungle Val plants can grow up to six feet tall!"

The thin spirals are Vallisneria flower stalks, if you look closely you can see the tiny flowers above.

The Val in the 6 ft tank above grows in a fairly strong current.
It has the ability to out compete and over take many slow growing plants.
