Dunno if it's true plat or not, but I do know they can be WTT, there was a thread a month or so ago about a guy who bought what looked like a perfect plat jardini, within a week or two it started turning back to its old colors. He payed a lot too.
Wow, great find! I'm headed to the Philippines in a month. Want to sell him, LOL?!![]()
It's a genetic morph which lack pigment called Leucistic. With that being said, this isn't a Leucistic Jardini. If you want to see it change back into a normal Jardini, try putting it into an all black tank. If it retain it's whiteness(most likely not), then it's a Leucistic. Because Leucistic will stay complete white no matter in what environment. Plus the price is too cheap for a true Leucistic Jardini. Leucistic Jardinis are more rare than Leucistic Silvers. I've seen two types of Leucistic Silvers and only one type of Leucistic Jardini. Try to take picture of this Jardini using flash and show us.I have never seen anything like this in the lfs here!!I dint even know there was a platinum arowana..is is a deficiency or a seperate species??
It looks really NICE!!
