My Police Rant

U should not have consented to the search or got out of the car speeding is not grounds to search the car. When the cops said get out iam searching the car u say NO politly but clearly and repetavly and in 2 cases with me i used this method they stopped their ranting and went on their way and so did i.Know your rights it's okay to tell cops NO go to some stoner sites and look up how to handle a traffic stop AND IF THEY PERSIST PEACFULLY RESSIST ARREST and just simply lay down and don't respond to them. I have never had to do that but i can make it real hard on them i weigh 350 and know my rights that's very bad for the police and good for me and it will work for everyone else as well lol.
 
I honestly wasn't speeding. There were a bunch of nonmoving violations I could have been ticketed for (tints, radar, etc), but I honestly feel that these idiots were just looking to give someone a hard time. This is one thing I won't let rest. I want some form of punishment for the officers in question and that's that. Hopefully I can head out to our friend's house tomorrow and explain what happened. In the meantime, I ordered a bracket to fit a video camera to the passenger headrest (granted not entirely for the purpose of evidence).
 
Well where I live in Florida you don't have to do anything wrong to get pulled over. They can pull you over for not using your turn signal to change lanes if they want, or if you don't have yor headlights on in the rain. They can also pull you over just to check your license and insurance if they want. It only becomes a issue if you get pulled over more than 3 times in 30 days. If you don't get a sitation on any of those 3 times you can file a harassment complaint. Also if you have the slightest attitude they will have one times 10 so get over yourself and act like an adult. And for searching your car all they have to do is ask you. If you say they can search they will search it and if you deny them to search your car then they will search it because you saying no is probable cause enough for them to think you are hiding something. Thats how it works. and if you are a smartass kid then you will get treated like one.Trust me I have alot of "unfair" cop stories from being a teenager, but I also have some that helped me out when I was polite, respectful and courteous.
 
Try laying on the ground and acting like a child here and not listen to them and they will stun gun your ass.

:ROFL: I have to say that many "minority" comedians have very funny routines involving this same "phenomenom," Honestly guys, stop "trying" to be hard/crazy and try to co-operate with them until they let you go. I am by no means a thug but people with any street/common sense knowledge at all should be aware of what can happen, just don't give those crooked bastards anymore reason to do you any harm. ( I am aware that there may be decent cops out there)
 
The court system is just as bad as the police especially in small towns. Last May, my wife had a few cocktails from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm, then went to bed,my 17 year old son went to an all night birthday party that was suppose to be shaperoned (my wife talked to the mother host kid) and I took my 15 year old son fishing for catfish and got home at 3:00 am. At 3:15 am we got a call from the local probation officer to come to the police station so they could question my 17 year old son, and both my wife and I were to be there. We got there about 3:45 am and found out that my son and his friends had done some major vandalism which included shooting out the windows of moving vehicles with a BB gun. The parent that had said that she was going to be there was in New Jersey. Well, to make a long boring story short, my wife was arrested on a PI charge at 5:30 am at the police station and my 17 year old son was removed from the house because of it. At her hearing, my wife pointed out the facts, which included no breathalizer results on the arrest form, the cop kept lying about what happened and how we came to be at the police station that morning. My wife got convicted and served 6 months on probation. What a disillusion when if comes to the law. I guess the biggest kick in the face on this one is that apparently it is illegal to drink but perfectly ok to leave your children at home unsupervised. I didn't do anything wrong and I have to go for manditory drug testing every month. Go figure!!:screwy:
 
I'm the exact oppisite from everyone else.I don't know how many times i got pulled over when I was a kid and I would have been hauled in if the cop paid just a little attention to the bottles in the back of my truck, what was in my pocket, ect.I was real cool about it back then.But now that I have nothing to hide, I get nervous as hell when i get pulled over.As far as a complaint, nothing really bad happened.I'd let it go unless it happens again by the same cops.
 
thats why you have the internet... you have the names and badge numbers. There are way too many too do wrong cops here but people have found how to use the internet for finding people and info...

I know a few good cops that told me stories of those other fools. 1 dude had his rims jacked, a few had they cars detailed by bologne or some meat that takes paint off. The worst was a splattering of body fluids on the cars and house.

but since your fam is tight with the chief then you should have no probs...
