Better to just get them out yeah. Not too shabby at all. Just 7 of those is almost my yearly pocket money


They grow fast
Yes the do grow fast. Almost time for the bigger one to move into the tank with guppys... but wants him/her to get a little bigger before the move.

Yep when they are over 5-7cm i will sell them.
Oh man they are so beautiful. I wish I lived closer, I would buy one....or eight. I'm sure you could get good prices/money for them. Price of ornates are going up!

I hope so. Bichirs has been "out of fasion" for a few years here but i think they are soon "in style". The interest of my own breed is high and one guy has all ready booked two.

Hopefully they make a comeback. the bichir seen isn't big here either and getting one is a pain

Did a bodycount today, i have a total of 33 living ornates at the moment. 10 adults and 23 frys in different stadies.... and maby a few frys hiding under the rocks :)
So cool to have soo many ornates
