My polys

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I'd be careful with wide bar, I believe these are especially greedy compared to all other species. Also they'll definitly outgrow your tank. Look at Vince's 1 footers in his 15'x4' tank, they make it look not so big
Thanks for the info moe214 moe214 , how big they usually get?

FishNCash FishNCash Here is my tank when i was still setting up, no drift wood no floating plant and most of the polys were CB and small

Polyaddict86 Polyaddict86 sweet looking setup. So jealous! Is there any heating issue placing the tank next to garage door? I have a dilemma where to place my 240 in the garage. This is my plan to layout the 240 and a few growout but can't decide if 240 should go against the wall.

No issue on the heater, i always like the idea againts the wall, the only thing is its harder to reach and clean the back side of the tank, i dont have algae eater so after 3 weeks without scrubing the back glass the algae builds up, one of the reason i put it againts the garage door

Polyaddict86 Polyaddict86 I have dual center overflow so cleaning the overflow would definitely be a challenge with the tank up against the wall. However, I do like the look of it against the wall. It's such a hard choice to decide.
