My polys

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
New lights, what you guys think?

I like your polys under any light. But to me it looks like it has more of a greenish hue to it. The gravel looks like it is more orange and the polys browns look more green. I kinda like your other one better, but maybe the patterns are more visible because the light is so bright? At the end of the day it is whatever you like best! Your polys look good no matter what! :)

What is the light temperature/spectrum?

I'm digging your two ansorgiis, and your endli all look the same to me under this new light. :D

The ansorgiis and the BVs really do stand out in this light! :)Can't tell the difference on the other ones. Idk, I'm not an expert though!

I did notice the greenish in the polys, but its not from the light, its from my glass cover, when the loght are to bright my iron glass cover turns green.
Here are the specs of the light.

Not trying to derail your thread again but have you guys tried breeding polys? Have you had any success spawning?

I have posted a thread titled my Senegals have spawned. As I am typing this I have noticed activity levels picking up. I placed a spawning mop in the aquarium about 2 weeks ago. Only have 1 male with 3 females and 2 are gravid.
