Did some maintenance work on my pond this weekend took so pictures but the most amassing thing is my channel cat he has always fed on the bottom but now gets in with the other fish and sucks all the floating food off the surface he is great to watch he fly’s round the top sucking up loads of pellets. The cub i put in at 1lb is hug now 3lb+

Very nice Pond Set-up. Looks really cool to watch during a hot summer day. Just sit there and relaxing watching the fish feed!!:headbang2

I had (had is the key word, we had a big die-off this yeay, I dont know if you saw the thread) 2 channels in my pond, 1 was about 6-7 pounds, and the other was almost 13 when we put it in there, and they both learned to eat off of the top in the last couple of years 2! It was really neat because catfish are supposed to be bottom feeders!
 
That is kinda cool, mine does the same. He pushes all the kio away to get his fill first!
