My oscar is acting really funny like he's dying i don't know what's wrong all my water levels are fine. He keeps hanging around the bottom hiding and now he's at the top corner acting like he is dying. I don't know what to do? Please help!! also he have this long white thing coming out we're his waste comes out.

From the description of white stringy poop, Oscar may be infected with a parasite. You may want to treat with API General Cure. Hopefully other members will chime in with there analysis.

Minos and Omega one cichlid pellets.

I also have 3 eels snow flakes and one died yesterday and one of them now is acting like the one that died

It's a definitely a possibility he ate an infected minnow especially live from a bait shop.

If they were not treated yes it is bad, that why some members like myself prefer not to feed live.

I feed my carnivores, frozen cut up pieeces of Tilapia , Smelt, Freeze dried shrimp or frozen chopped market shrimp and vegetable tablets.
