Heh, his nuchal hump come and go. It goes away when i do a water change. :nilly: Takes like a week or so for him to get back. I'll take pix when I notice his hump is a little bigger again.

Actually, they are easy to tell appart when 6"+. As Juvii's your right. Here are acouple You tubes of Pure specimens so you can see the difference. Just remember midas have stockier builds and flatter mouths oppsed to the RD's, more slender build and more pronounced lips which is how they got their name Labiatus.

Not to be a downer but he looks like a rd or a rd/midas hybrid. Non the less still a great looking fish. I love his vibrant colors.
