My puffer is killing all my fish, help

Well when you did your research didn't the words "faster" pop any where for tank mates?
1 GSP / 30 gal.. they will get much larger and more playful. Equate this fish with a dog in a cube. Very smart, it knows the handler by sight and likes its space

should've studied puffers, they all nip and destroy stuff. my roommate thought they were cute and she brought one home and it nipped my fish before i knew she got and i got home and was pissed and got rid of it instantly. she hasnt touched a thing on my fish tanks since
It surprises that ive never caught the guy in the act, I believe what happens is he will gradually nip fins then the injured fish pisses of my jag and my jag finishes them off.
Its been two days since his last kill, I just got a stand though so Im going to have his tank set up soon.
