i recently fell in love with the puffers, i bought a gsp and converted my freshwater tank to a brackish water very easily, all i did was slowly raised the salt level in the tank over 2 weeks from 0 to 0.004. my gsp is doing great as far as i can tell, hes in a 45 gal tall with 2 kyathit danio and a neon tetra, i didnt think they would last very long after i added the salt but they are doing ok, the danios are big and fast enough right now for the puffer that they pick at the krill and cricket chunks hanging out of the puffers mouth, i dont think that they will last forever but i will wait and see. i am planning on moving him to a 65 gal and getting another gsp for it. i hope it will be big enough for the 2 of them to get along.
