My puppy....

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Prayer being sent  On a softer note....I thought my cat had worms cuz she hadn't been around a male in 4 months. Nope, I forgot about the one day she was with my roomates cat the day before he got his nuts clipped. No worms and I'm sure the kittens won't have them either cuz they effectively got worm pills too through mommy. They're doing well so I say your puppy will be fine!! My cat is such a whore!!!!!!!!! :swear: (two kittens):)

thank you everyone... I got to see him a bit this morning. He looks so pathetic laying there with needles stuck in him :( I'm awaiting the vet's phone call. When I spoke with a nurse this morning they said that he had some type of abrasion/ulcer/laceration on the lining of his stomach which is causing the blood in his vomit. They didn't find anything in his system that he could have ingested (ie. - glass, rock, etc) but that doesn't mean he didn't already pass it through his little 15 pound body. They said it was most likely some type of harsh liquid that he ingested (ie. - bleach, amonia, any household cleaner, any number of things) cause that would also induce the vomiting and his urinalysis results weren't normal. Not much I can do but sit tight and pray. I was hoping to get to take him home this morning but they want to monitor him for at least 24 more hours.

Anyone have any idea's how to make some quick cash? I don't even want to see this bill... but I refuse to put a price tag on my "son"

I hope you puppy gets to go back home with you in good health.

Well, that's one thing to which I agree; price is no object when it involves a pet. I would sell everything I own.

I work in a vets office and know the prices of all these things and owning two Bulldogs the vet bills are just through the roof. The best solution I found is dog insurance! You pay $20 a month and everything will cost you MUCH less. Check it out at petinsuance.com
