My ray in bad shape

Merry Christmas guys I wokeep up to my ray like this what to do

Doesnt look great, whats it eating? How long have you had it? Water params? Any tankmates that might be stressing it?
It looks like it might have parasites, try some prazi pro. Should clear it up if its parasites.

I had done Prazi a few days ago he only eating live food he ate about 16 minows in the last few days

I'd keep trying to get him on nightcrawlers. And I'd be trying to feed him 3 to 5 times a day.
