Looking at the pic I think it's too far gone. Extremely skinny and the dent in the head.
Is this the one you've had for a while, in Bermuda?

Yes had him for a month all most 2 it was wild caught so it's chances were dim from the beginning

If you've had him for that long I'm surprised he hasn't gained weight. Hopefully he pulls through I've gotten wild caught back from that skinny. Just don't try to starve him to get him on different food. 2 days of no eating at that skinny could kill him

Feed him foods such as shrimp and similar foods.
Feed 3-4 times a day.
