My ray needs help please.

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
She seems to be doing good, I'm keeping a close eye on her as well. She has not eating as much as normal but I guess time will tell. I'm so bummed I noticed this too late. They never swam up the glass very often so I couldn't check out there under body. Always cruised around on the sand and would buried themselves. Ate well and acted normal for a ray to my knowledge. The BIG red flag was when he would not eat, he was the more aggressive eater too. Its so mind boggling how fast we can loose these guys...
Thanks for asking,
Rick

No matter how dark it gets sometimes theres always light at the end of the tunnel. I happen to stumble across Vamptrev Motoro for sale. If all goes as planned, Ill be adding that brute to my tank. cant wait:)

its nice to have an experienced keeper around like vamp your lucky on that part. but on another note sorry about your loss its a learning experience though.

The female has been eating, so thats a good sign. Still not as much as usual and not near as aggressive. She holds her one "foot" up only still and I grabbed the best picture I could today to show you guys. Its no were near as bad as the male was but there still is a white spot that seems to be irritating her. Do you guys think it is some sort of "road rash" from the sand?

My lfs has a guy that keeps rays and he was going to suggest melafix when mine had the White fluffy patches on the feet edges .

Thanks,
Thats what I dosed the tank with yesterday and today. I can tell a difference in appetite today. So hope things are heading in the right direction. She's not holding it up as much neither and is more active.
