My rays keep dying. Don't know why.

not enough filtration. overstocked. and probably added too many fish in a short space of time.
if u lost 5 rays and have 4 left.. that makes 9 rays in total.
how big are all these rays including the ones that died?
add all the other fish and thats a big bio load.
coupled with just 4 canisters. .. thats not enough.
I have 2 fx 5.. one eheim pro 3 with 25UV...and one eheim 2260 . and 2 internal eheim 2252.
tank is 1000L with 3 eleven inch rays and 5 tiger fish. I wouldnt dream of using less filtration

Sounds like the bio filtration hasnt matured enough and to big of water changes can kill off bacteria

I Can put on some ekstra fx5's, but wat World you do right here and now If filtration has not been running long enough?

You could add beneficial bacteria into the system using products like Cycle. This would give you an immediate boost to your bacterial colony.

I would do more water change and add more filter for beneficial bacteria. Water change is the best medicine for ray. Also your mention you have UV in your setup but from the video you post the water is not clear.
 
Shrimps, pengasius, and tobis fish. All frozen. They all eat except The orbignyi ray. I'm thinking i will add 1 more pond filter 7500 liters per hour tomorrow. I will do ekstra WC The next cuple of weeks. I dont know why my water is not clear..

I have done a 50% wc, added filter start (bacteria) to the water, and added 1 ekstra pond pump 6000 liters pr hour. I know turn water wolume 8-9 times pr. hour. My orbignyi ray started to eat earthworms yesterday, but refuses everything else. Im happy he eats again, all the other rays who died did not start eat again once they stopped. Hopefully cleaner water will do the difference. I will keep making big wc and add bacteria.
