pretty cool video.
i cant really say she eats them totally..she will just crush them up into mush and let the bodys go..i guess she likes the guts and not the shell.

well..i just dont understand why people's first reaction is to jump on somebody. not just saying you..seems like most do it.
and honestly i dont blame you. you are new here and its pretty much all you see so its all that you know.

That's the thinnest ray I have seen in a while. The dent in the head is big. Did u buy it that skinny , maybe u can get a refund.??

From the looks of your latest motoro picture, I'd say it doesn't look like she is eating anything. As skinny as she is, you should see her back side fill in as she eats. I wouldn't hold on to much hope for her.
Might help to keep the pearl seperate from her too.

yeah, i bought her this skinny.
i did everything wrong that i could do when i bought her.
she was in a tub with little water and almost no filtration. about 10 other rays in the tank and all looked like hell as far as being unhealthy goes. and the two healthy looking motoros were just a plain spotting.
but she was a good looking ray as far as spots go..and i felt sorry for her. i didnt see her eat.
i just bought her.
yeah..she gets a little lump..not much and i saw her poop the other day so i know she is eating some.
i do 50% wc every other day.
she is away from all fish in her own tank.
honestly..i didnt have much hope for her when i bought her....but she seems to be eating and thats all i can hope for.

lives or dies i gave her a better place to live if even for a short while.
