if water condition is good and feed well, they can probably grow 1" (2.54cm) per month, so within 1 year they'll hit the 15cm mark. 8cm is a little more than 3" so only few more months to go.

Okay want them to be big

On google I found that if you feed them alot they grow 2.5cm each month. How often should I feed? Im doing once every 2-3 days.

how often are you home? you can feed them in the morning and again at night. just don't over feed them in every setting.
if you are home all the time then you can feed them every couple hrs, small amount of course.
I used to feed mine just once a day every day since I'm not home during the day, they grown pretty fast. Once they get big enough you can feed once every two to 3 days or small amount every day.

looks pretty good for what you already have unless you want to buy more plants and driftwoods.

Do you think they still need more hiding places ? I think it makes the tank look smaller. And isnt that big already.

are your rbps still very skittish? if not then you probably don't need more. but if you can get couple larger plants that would look better IMO.
it's really up to you how you want your tank to look like.

Nice pleco and pygo shoal you got there. I want to also add in a pleco in my tank but I'm afraid it might do some serious damage to my plexi.
