Okay so these almond leaves are a underwater plant or are you feeding it to your aros?

Those leaf are not underwater plant of watever so. They're leafs from a tree on land called indian almond tree. We use those fallen and dried leaf in our aquarium. We do not feed these leafs to the fish. Just merely soak the dried leafs in the aquarium.

Kji, ive read a bit about indian almond leaves, im going to order some tomorrow, what dosage do you recommend? and how often do you re-dose?

It depend on the quality of the leafs too. Basically, you can rest assured that there won't be any overdose so you can just dump in as much as you want. Once you get the colour you want, you can just remove those leafs from your tank. Your water doesnt colour immediately so leave the leafs in there for about 4 days.;)
