What color does it make the water?

Sorry the indian leaves, what color does it make the water?
It'll tint your water with tea like colouration. And this colour will last in your tank until you do regular water change to dilute them away.

it darkens the water tone not so much colors as just makes it dark, like if u added a few drops of a really dark dye to the water... its like a black to very dark brown tone....
Apart from the colouration, it also have alot other good benefits.:D

how much does baby asian arowana worth in Usa dollars ? around 1 - 2 inch ?

You can never get any piece at that size. They're only available for sale when they're 6 inches and above after been tagged. And Small doesnt mean cheap either....

I already asked this in another thread, but what the heck I'll ask again.
So whats the bare minimum tank size to keep one asian aro alone? In
your honest experience since they get only around 2'.
Of course bigger is better. Would a 60"x25"x25" size tank do it for life?
Interesting thread, I can't believe I read all 9 pages! Alot of thank you's.
Btw sweeeeeeeeeet fish!

Your tank is fine for a small to medium size aro. For life... It really depend on the owner. If the owner can withstand the sight of seeing a 18 inches plus fish in the tank not swimming much but in circle.:D And not to mention small space lesser water is in there, thus filtration must be sufficient for it and water changing regiment got to be more frequent.

Thanks.

About these indian leaves.. If it alters/lowers the pH, is the aro effected in any way?
As most fish requires a consistent pH; would it be safe to use these leaves on & off?
Or once I introduce this to the fish, I must use this forever?

With all this questions, maybe I can get some links to asian aro fish keeping?
I understand its illegal to own one in the states, however I still want to learn.
Yes, I am a nerd. Lol
