my red terror lose color, what is going wrong?

I feed them cichlid pellets. oscars eat shrimp I bought from supermarket too.

it doesn't really matter so much how your water looks but the invisible toxins that can be in it. Check your water parameters and if those are ok I would probably just give it a month or so and as long is she isn't being picked on her colors should become consistent pretty soon.

How big is your tank? It sounds like you have too many cichlids to get away with 15% weekly waterchanges.

tankmate include 2 oscars, 2 gts, one midas, 1 firemouth. I think she is the queen now.

I can almost guarantee you need to do larger percentage water changes with that stock...I'm not saying that's what's going on with it's color though.
