hey koji, yup its got a very severe protuding lower jaw when i saw him and his barbels were really bend out of shape, he was really skinny too.. but i really like his unique color so i bought him and nursed it back to health :) .. i was lucky that the barbels grew back straight so i'm happy with the result :grinno:

thanks, that loach is one bad ass.. he might be the king of that tank he takes no crap from the rest of his tankmates.. once the rtg and ngt tried bitting him, he retaliated hitting them with his spykes below the eye :screwy: .. after that the rtg and ngt backed off and hasn't bitten him since :shakehead
 
hey koji, notice that one of his scale on his right side grew back with out the color in the middle of the scale? any idea how i could get the color back? its been that way for a long time now :feedback:

NICE!!! The pics are kind of hard to look at right now since my aro jumped to its death last night. But you can really see how fat the aro has become. Congrats bro.. wish those were legal here in the us.
 
Those are two very nice-looking fishes! Attractive aro scales. The tank set-up is nice also. How large is your tank?
