Those fish will litteraly need a pond within 6 months.........After then, growth restrictions will cause stress and sometimes spinal disorder..........Otherwise, nice looking tank........I'd keep the Arowana in there........Fill it with a lot of long stringy plants........Then fill it with Discus.........You got your majestic predator at top, and your peaceful community filling the bottom half..........
