Good advice.

So Z Trip, from your observation, about how much time (percentages) does the snake spend arboreally/aquatically?

Well today I saw my snake swimming. But it does spend most of its time in their air. So I would break it down too :

80% arboreal
10% aquatic
10% actually on floor level.

Shes always up high in her cage. Not sure if its for heat or what, but she is always on her new wall too.

I don't know about the cave bit, but I'm sure they live near rock outcropings. Besides, they are semi aquatic/areoboral type of snake. She loves to climb.

Okay thanks. I recall seeing them on some nature show think "croc hunter" few yrs back by rock outcroppings .

How's it's attitude? Handleable? Nippy?

Oh no. They are only "nippy" when young. Once its adult its very tame and handleable. Perfect snake.

How's the care? Are they fairly sensitive to changes in temperature/humidity? Hardy?

Sorry about all the questions, I just find this snake really interesting.

I find this snake easy to care for. Having the humidity between 65-75 is good, and heating like any other python. They seem to be very "hearty" and suppose to be eager to eat. However, I always have a hard time feeding mine.
