guess coconut oil makes everything smell better and a couple spots of cat piss wont smell as bad as your litter box

Glad you found the problem, so this won't apply but it's good for future reference:

If anyone brings up the cat urine question again, there is a very easy solution:
Ultraviolet light will make urine light up. Use a black light bulb in a drop light fixture (do NOT look directly at it) and any urine spots will glow. If you have access to a strong UV light source (we use them all the time for leak detection) it will work even better.

Other interesting things will also fluoresce; you can find spilled flake food, blood, and other organic waste that way.
