:naughty:Just picked these up a few days ago. Two males, two females about 4.5"+ they like the camera:), so it should be easy for me to get more pics. Their in a 180 w/ 4.25" Jag, 3.5" RD.

look like regular motas to me
 
I, agree not looking like Red tigers in these pics.You could tell My females at 2"

Yeah, i thought you could sex females at smaller size. I also thought they would show at least a lil red. They are F-1 and it doesnt matter to me whether they are red tigers or gold, cause they look really good. And it will bumm me out if they arn't the reds since that was what i wanted, but they are tigers non the less:)
 
My feamale was purchased @ 3" and clearly showed red, no doubt she was a she. I think you got all males.
 
Well they are all starting to color up now. and they are eating great. one of the males is already showing off to both females:) Ill update pics when i get home from work in a couple weeks.
 
they do look like gold motas, but they're awesome looking none the less. nice pick up man!

Thank you for the positive feedback:) They do have alot of gold to them but i have seen pics of larger siblings and they are coloring up nice. I got these from Ira and he knows what he's doing.. and i know he wouldnt sell me the wrong fish.
 
gold motas, or either your camera is really making the fish look yellow. my red tiger motas are 2.5" and showing lots of red, and their base color is completely different.
