My Senegal Bircher hasnt grown :S

I have 3 sens of various sizes. They're eating frozen tilapia (Thawed) along with shrimp pellets and frozen silversides (Thawed). Meaty foods do seem to put girth and length on sens.
Why even feed them guppy's if its already eating krill?

because they like a little variety and it brings out the predator in them also its cool to watch
i got rid of my sens cuz they where scared of my turtle..... when ever they saw it or it would get into the water they would dart and hit the side of the tank so i sold them all they where about 10-12"..... The thing is my ornate will bite the turtle when its out of line haha....
