My Short Body Indo

No such thing as short body Indo...
Some Indos are taller than others, some are longer than others.

Tge fish looks good, nice bars.... Do u mind me asking,,, private sale or lfs?

I don't think it is a SB, but it does appear to have a "deformed" tail section making the appearance oddball. Neat fish.

I think the term "short body" in this case means deformed in a manner which makes it's body shorter than it should be. I have seen pictures of a few, but not many.
A king Aro is only know as a king aro because the people selling them told us so, if they said "deformed" the idea of the King Aro would not be so appealing.

yeah i wonder if a bunch of these short bodied fish are just the fish equivalent to dwarfism in humans, which oddly enough is a dominant gene for humans.

I assumed that any species of fish could be short bodied. I guess I never really thought about it.
