yep, he need more vitiman A and D. i got him spray-on vitimans (you spray it on his food) and i got a liquid vit A and D that i put in his mouth. i have full spectrum uv lighting so i know hes getting uv. ill put some salt in the tank also

i use UVB bulbs made for reptiles. and the liquid vitiman is sprayed on then let dried so it soaks into the food. it doesnt wash off while in the water
You should try adding some more veggies to the diet. And use frozen shrimp instead of freeze-dried since during that process most of the nutrition is lost.
