Avoid fast movements near the tank... Try market prawns, it has strong smell... Drop it before ur silver and u move away from the tank... Sure they will eat... Good luck
Is he in the tank on his own? I have a silver in my growout tank. He was in there with a few other fish but when i moved the others out, leaving the aro own his own, he stopped eating and became very skittish. I just went to the LFS and got two small fish and put them in with him and he's back eating again. Just an idea
Rodger yeah pretty much they'll do what they'll do. But it tones them down when they get too heated and I'm there. Honestly I think what keeps the aggression down is I just keep them well fed and they really don't have a reason to bother each other
evilobster, i wouldnt say that my aros are well fed because i want to feed em fd bloodworms n hikari sticks and they dont seem to be so crazy bout them. i guess em being not well fed really makes them aggresive.
