Nice, long time. Glad to see an update! I'm sure it's more than 20", because mine is already at 20". Sadly, DE can't not be stopped though.

thanks yan, my aro is just a little over 20" now, she has gotten a picky on eating. she was eating the market shrimp but now doesn't want it, i'm guessing she wants the silversides. she still eats the jumbo carnisticks bit i'm gonna pick up a some silvers today. my aro does have DE on her right eye, thats why all the pics are on her left side hows your aro doing?

You could cover all the sides of your tank

yan also suggested covering the tank up but mine is pretty big & i just added my flowerhorn, he i like a puppy dog, whenever you come close to the tank he is right there trying to get your attention. him & my aro get along very well. this is my first aro so i'm learning w/ her, she has DE on her right eye that's why all my pics are on her left side

it doesn't really bother me, this is my first arowana so i'm learning. i was actually thinking about getting a second one but i'm worried about the size difference. buying an aro that's about the size of mine is pretty expensive & i don't have another tank to grow out another one.

my tank is a 220g. L-69", W-24", H-30". top of the tank on stand to floor it's 70" so my aro is actually looking down at me most of the time. i grew her out in a 75g till she was about 10". my 75g now is now a planted tank w/ angels & has no more space to grow out another aro.

My arowana is about 20", however, it's not as big as your arowana. I think it's mostly due to the fact that I feed it Hikari sticks. Every now and then I give it shrimp and insects but I only do that after it has eaten the Hikari sticks. I don't want to feed it too much shrimp because it may not want to eat the sticks anymore. As for the DE, it has gotten worse over time. I don't know what to say about DE anymore, but it's not going to kill the fish or me so I'm fine with it.
