My silver arowana is 18 inch long and it has some thing on its tail. When i got the aro I guess it had that on its tail. Please can anyone tell me what it is. Also can anyone tell me if my aro's gender.

My Giant Gourami did some damage on the gill cover of my aro and scratched the scale too so I put some medicine that turned the water blue. the gill cover grew in a week but silver colour is not yet there.

There is red colour one the scales. And I think blue too. Is it normal?

If your are refering to the bump on the tail it is probably scar tissue from an old injury.

Sexing silver aros is said to be near impossible and not 100%. I do have my own opinions on this, but one of the differences is with the jaw. Your silver has a deformed lower jaw, known as protruding lower jaw (PLJ) also other traits seem to be more appearant around 24".

If you keep your water clean and the water params perfect, medicating for small injuries and lost scales is not needed.

The red and blue on the silver are normal.

The small bump is like a mole. Could it be something serious like cancer?

Can you tell me if my aro is a male or a female, please try to make a guess. If you had my aro what would you call it? male or female?

There are all sorts of colour on my aro scales, Red, blue, green and purple. Is it possible that my aro gets more red on its scale or its red get more intense somehow?

read the following thread and make your own guess as to sex, a full body shot would be helpful also. The thing is you silver is just to the point that it will start bulking up and then the traits that I talk about become more apearant.
Sexing the Silver Arowana

I have heard that high nitrates will make adult silver aros red coloring more intense, but htis is not a good thing.
