hello,
this is my first post... i have been browsing mfk for a few weeks and i must say i really like the site.

i was curious as to if a 10 gallon tank with no other fish would be sufficient for a bgk.

i would go bigger if the place i'm living at allowed me... also a limited budget

and for ur question, i agree with moonchild. BGK need 55g or 60g for life.

wouldn't a 20" fish need like a 180 to be able to turn around?

BGK's can swim forward, backwards, sideways and upside down. VERY flexible fish. So nope, one should be fine in a 55-60 G tank for life. :D

I'm getting a 120 G for my BGK and some polys. So they will all have tons of room.
