Your turt (chinese softshell Pelodiscus sinensis by the way)seems to either have a conjenital or calcium deficiency provoqued deformacion in its youth, aint gonna hurt him if correctly healed with a good diet, more of a aestetical thing;) But much more worrying he seems to have some kind of ulcers on its back feet, treat that asap.
