Came downstairs this morning to find about 30% of the vallis and swords floating, keeping geophagus with plants was never going to be easy

Love it!!! something you can try to keep the geos from uprooting is to get rock pieces and surround the bases of the plants making a perimeter around them.....if you have access to petrified wood at you LFS you can buy a few pieces and break it up...looks rather good when done too.
