i have never had trouble getting a ray on pellets, i cannot get my hybrid to eat them, i can stuff a pc in a worm and force him to eat that way but he will not touch them any other way. WHat did you do to trick him to eat pellets?

I grounded the pellets then sprinkled them into the Blackworms from day one. I also feed the black worms on the same pellets I think this helped.
In saying that the little female will still not eat pellets only prawns. I have not starved her yet. I will very soon start to feed prawns on every other day and see if she starts taking pellets.

Keepinfish: No spots on their bellies. Three are totally free of any marks on there bellies but one has that belly button spot right in the middle like so many rays do.
