Testing the water at this point is useless in determining anything. Dead fish left in the water for a period of time will taint the sample. Hopefully by now you have done a large water change.

I bet the Gourami survived because it has a labyrinth organ and can breathe atmospheric air. When your power went out, the other fish probably couldn't breathe.

I did a 300 gallon water change lol i broke th whole thing down and put the gourami in my other tank. Now i need to find new rays
The government thinks rays can survive in rivers and lakes in some of the warmer States and presumably therefore could impact native species.
It's all freshwater rays, saltwater and brackish water rays are legal (as far as I know).
Oic. Wondering why ban such common fish. Thats the reason i caught 5 motoro rays in my place reservoir. Range from 5inch to 10inch. Sold to ray keeper at $20 onwards. Tks for the info.
