my sturgeon pic thread/ count

i have caught hundreds of sturgeon over the last few years and i catch alot through out the year...i will use thisthread to keep pics and a count...so far this year i have gone out once and we have a 30" lake sturgeon...no pic as i didn't think of it as we catch alot of them...i will also try to dig up some past pics...i will try to have dates as well for new catches...will update every trip...

i would but the wife wants QT so i have to limit my time out there as it is to cold for her to come...i will try to dig up some old pics to drive the hunger down...

i should get out a few times this week...hopefully with pics...it is still alittle early, but it should be picking up...

i got out today and went fishing...it was after a cold snap so the bite was slow...one sturgeon got off and we caught some suckers...things should be picking up here in the next few weeks the water is to cold yet...here are so pics of the suckers...not sturgeons i know, but they are comming...have to put some pics in or it wont be a pic thread would it?

Nice sbuse, i went out for cats and drum (just anything really) last week, but the water was too fast and too cold still. What river are you on, look slow and small? I am looking to bust out my fly rod soon.

i am on the mid-northern crouix...it toped out mid-last week for the first rise...fishing is still slow, but it will be getting better...i will be steelheading in the not to distant future...i already broke out with the fly rod and got some brookies...pics of them are in the native section...
