Help guys
recently I bought a sun catfish, eclipse cat catfish, whatever.
he's not skinny yet, but he isn't eating.
at least I never see he eating, not even once.
should i put some feeders with it ???
hes small, about 4" to max 5".
the water pamans are good, tankmates are 3 little tilapias and a commom pleco (same size of the sun).

what's the better food to him ???

help guys, please

when do you feed him?? because ive noticed that mine is most active after the lights go out. so very rarely do i ever see mine eat. Id stay away from feeders. Not much nutrition. So maybe try bloodworms, pellots, fd krill. But it could also just be stressed still, so give it some time to adjust and im sure he'll be fine.

my sc prefer the lights out too.
well, I'll try some krill too.
tks fishlover.

if anyoene has another thing to say, please, feel free to ad a comment.
I'm starting to get worry if him.

how recently did you add him? if it was recent just wait a few days till he settles in

damn, my catfish isn't eating
Getting worried with him, moved to another tank, hope he gets fine now.

mine eats when the lights are off, i never actually see him eat but he is always fat

I wouldn't move him around alot try to let him settle in

Try Bloodworms , night crawlers , shrimp mine love thoes they don't mind Krill either

I stopped moving him, but now he's in a better home.
I just see him eating some small pellets, sometimes, most when lights are off.
Well, he wasn't fine these days, near his head looks like its was hurt. Now its fine.
I don't even know if he's growing. eheheheheh

Both of mine prefure pellets to anything else. They are mostly nocturnal and i think they hunt by smell and the pellets really have an easily picked up smell. My 5" guy goes fruity for pellets and my 9" beast comes out occasionally to nab up pellets and he'll eat minnows if they come close enough to him.
