That looks like a bloody nice golden, to me. Like the dat too.
Definitely a red aro. The dorsal, caudal and anal fin displaying orange. Gold aros typically do not have orange on the dorsal fin. There are also hints of orange developing along its gill plate and scales on body. The way the orange color is developing along the scales is very typical for red aros. At that size, a Gold aro would have more pronounced gold color on 4, 5 or 6 levels of scales depending if RTG/HBRTG/XB.

id say this was a type of RTG, i personally don't see any orange here. My red is a pinky colour as a juvie
Definitely a red. Again Gold aros don’t have that type of development. Here is an example of really washed out/pale adult red Aro that belong to a hobbyist in Japan.

Simonas Simonas i edited your photo (achievable with the right lighting). Lighting is actually important when it comes to displaying colors on any fish. It’s how we perceive color. Maybe these photo will look less like gold aro…
