My T Bar Cichlid

I managed to get some half decent pics of my Sajica today so thought I would show em off.

Any one else have some adult T Bars? What's the biggest these guys get - mine is pushing on 5 inches but I'm sure his still growing and starting to colour up nicely.

Unfortunately he doesn't - I was toying with the idea of getting him some female company but think that might just tip him over the edge (at the mo he fancies his chances with some bigger fish) and iv got a few small fish in with him so it would be risky.
