I found on my basement old webcam - Logitech STX, I stripped for parts, I made the little box using plexiglass, put a webcam inside, used some glue to seal box. It's ready. I found a website which allowed me for free, easily let go of the vision to the whole internet world
I was looking a webcam with a wide angle, but is is very difficult to find a small enough one, and it is already very expensive.
Most importantly, no one connects to me home network directly. Video is first transmitted to the justin.tv server and there just pulled the video to all the interested people. Everyone now, can watch my tank, even a few thousand people without any problems and without clogging my bandwidth.
